SHIPPING AND FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP
At Harper & Friends LLC, we prioritize precision and quality. Most orders undergo a specialized processing and quality-check period of 3 to 5 business days before they are dispatched from our distribution network. While we strive to meet this timeframe for every order, we cannot guarantee an exact ship date due to the high standards of inspection each item must pass.
HOW DOES YOUR SHIPPING WORK
DOMESTIC SHIPPING We partner with leading carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and Amazon Shipping Services to ensure your package arrives safely within the United States.
SHIPPING RATES FREE Shipping is available for all orders of $49.99 USD and above. For orders under $49.99 USD, a standard shipping fee of $5.99 USD will be applied.
DELIVERY TIME Standard shipping typically takes 8 to 13 business days. For the security of our equipment, we utilize a secure, one-way logistics chain.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping. We process all orders as quickly as possible without compromising our rigorous quality-control standards.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
SECURITY POLICY Due to our high-security logistics protocols, shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been processed.
INTERCEPTION WINDOW If you notice a mistake immediately, contact us within 5 hours at support@rubyhe.com. We will do our best to intercept the order before it enters the processing phase.
IN TRANSIT STATUS For security reasons, if a package is already in transit, the address cannot be modified. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, the customer must wait 7 business days for a refund to be processed, after which a new order can be placed with the correct information.
ORDER EDITS AND CANCELLATIONS
To maintain our efficiency, orders are processed rapidly. You may request a modification within 5 hours of placement. After this window, we generally cannot cancel or modify an order. If you no longer wish to keep the item, please accept the delivery and contact us to initiate a return according to our policy.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all major credit cards. Our site uses Shopify Payments, ensuring your transaction is encrypted and fully secure.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy starting from the day you receive your product. Custom products, clearance items, food, and vitamins are considered final sale. Please refer to our full Return Policy for specific details regarding handling fees for high-value items.
