PAYMENT METHODS

Payments for purchases made on rubyhe.com are processed through Shopify Payments and other secure third-party providers. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. Orders will only be dispatched once payment is fully confirmed.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Prices and delivery costs are subject to change at any time. However, changes will not affect orders for which a confirmation email has already been sent. Payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer. We are not responsible if your issuer declines authorization. Any additional handling fees charged by your financial institution are the responsibility of the customer.

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@rubyhe.com immediately. To process a claim, provide your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged item.

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

ORDER INTEGRITY AND SHIPPING ADDRESS

To maintain a secure logistics chain, shipping addresses cannot be modified once the order has entered our processing system. If a change is necessary, the order must be cancelled and placed again with the correct information. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details.

PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you suspect fraudulent activity or duplicate charges, please contact us immediately at support@rubyhe.com. We reserve the right to contest credit card chargebacks as permitted under the rules of the credit card issuer or bank. If we receive a chargeback or reversal of payment, we will consider the inquiry closed on our end and may take steps to protect the integrity of our transaction records.
