DMCA COPYRIGHT POLICY

PERJURY STATEMENT A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and the notifying party is authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.

ACTION UPON NOTIFICATION

Upon receipt of a proper, bona fide infringement notification, Harper & Friends LLC reserves the right to remove or disable access to the infringing material, notify the content provider accused of infringement, and terminate service for repeat offenders.

COUNTER NOTICE PROCEDURE

If the content provider believes that the material removed is not infringing, or that they have the right to use such material, they may send a counter-notice containing the necessary legal information to our Designated Agent.
